Delivery Policy 
Deliveries are a service charge and are non refundable. 

You will be contacted within the open hours of the 3rd party delivery team for booking confirmation. Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

Delivery Dates and times are subject to change due to availability. 

Returns Policy
All items on our website and in store are second hand and as such are sold as is.

We ensure to do our best to stipulate the quality of the specific item being sold and use images to depict any damages and inconsistencies. Should you require more information about the condition of a particular item please contact us or visit the store to view the item before purchase. 

If you are not happy with your purchase you may contact us and request a refund, please note that the delivery fee is non refundable as this is a service charge. If you require recollection of products for the refund process an additional collection fee will be charged. 

We do not keep stock aside without full payment. No lay-bys or "cash on delivery".

We expect to have the items in stock, should an inconsistency in stock occur and you have purchased an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours with options for a replacement or a full refund.
