Delivery Information

DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY:
PICK UP IN STORE
We allow you to pick up your items at our store within 7 days purchase, after this period you will be charged a storage fee.

How much is the delivery fee?

Deliveries are a service charge and are non refundable. 

You will be contacted within the open hours of the 3rd party delivery team for booking confirmation. Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

Delivery Dates and times are subject to change due to availability. 

Access Issue's : 

Delivery includes 10m access to a ground floor.

Charges may apply (but are not limited to the following instances) If items would need to be carried above ground level/ dismantled and reassembled additional hands would be needed to assist in this .

 

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to certain areas within South Africa, there may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
 
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched on the first business day after payment has cleared. Thereafter, it takes approximately 1-3 days for delivery to occur. The exact time frame will depend on factors such as the exact location of delivery and size of the order. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9am & 4pm (public holidays excluded) and on Saturdays between 9am & 3pm.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
2nd Hand Warehouse uses a notification, communication & tracking application for keep customers informed at all times. The customer is notified once booking is scheduled, when in transit and when the driver has arrived at your door.
